Skills Training College conducts its programs nationwide. Presently, our in-person fatigue management training sessions are available in Adelaide and Salisbury.

The in-person segment of the course spans 5 hours. It’s advisable to set aside extra time for preliminary reading and workbook completion beforehand.

This course comprehensively addresses areas such as roster flexibility and SOP adaptability, lifestyle synchronisation, strategic precautions and proactive approaches, mastery in legislation and procedures, contextual flexibility, technological awareness, identification of fatigue symptoms, and cooperative approaches to fatigue management.

To join the course, participants need to be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 must provide a signed parental consent form. Fundamental literacy skills and closed-toe shoes for the training session are mandatory. Additionally, a Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required for enrollment.

The course utilises a variety of assessment methods, such as hands-on practical demonstrations, a knowledge evaluation comprising multiple-choice questions, and project work that encompasses fatigue management scenarios and related discussions.
